The Pem is the smallest dog in herding group, but don't be fooled by their short legs, they can jump and run as fast as any other breed of a similar size. They are extremely loyal and extraordinarily protective, sadly some have lost their lives trying to protect their families, as they can be overmatched by much larger predators. The Queen of England apparently has quite an affinity for the breed, she reportedly has 16 of them.
